Heathers Bio

In 2011, Heather was employed at the Riverbend Plantation Café in the Saskatoon Farmer’s Market as a Pastry Chef. She was instrumental in the Café’s expansion into Catering and Wedding Cakes and was promoted to Executive Chef which would last three years.

In June 2014, after twenty years in the culinary industry, Heather formed her own independent family catering company, Chef de Partie Catering & Cakes, with commercial kitchens. They specialize in providing high quality dishes using both fresh and local ingredients with uncommon flair. They cater to local events, corporate affairs and weddings and prepare custom specialty pastries and one-of-a-kind wedding cakes. Heather and her team have competed in the Gold Medal Plates Regional Qualifier for the National Culinary Championships in 2018, then again in the newly branded Great Kitchen Party in 2018.

In 2019, they expanded their business and re-branded to Chef de Partie Catering & Events. Together with the launch of their website, www.chefdepartie.ca they have plans in the works to feed more Saskatchewan people amazing food.
