Wild Boar Skewers with Seabuckthorn Marinade

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp   Hoisin
1 tbsp   Soya sauce
1 tbsp   Raw sugar
2 cloves   Garlic (mashed)
1 cup   sugar
1/4 cup    nvigorate Seabuckthorn Puree reduced to half
Several drops   Sesame oil


DIRECTIONS:

Garnish with sesame seeds, and sliced green onion.
Cubed Boar Roast, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms

Marinate the meat overnight;  Make the skewers by alternating meat pieces and veggies, grill on an oiled barbecue or grill until nicely browned.
