Shipping policy

Non-frozen products ordered will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of the order being placed.  If items ordered are frozen, the orders will be shipped at the beginning of the following week after the order is placed, so there is no chance of them sitting in some warehouse over a weekend.  When ordering frozen items, it is imperative that Priority Shipping is chosen as the shipping choice to ensure the quality of the products when you receive them.
