Certified Organic Raw Apple Cider and Seabuckthorn Vinegar is unfiltered, unheated, unpasteurized and 5% acidity, and contains the amazing Mother of Vinegar. The vinegar contains the whole berries. The seeds (about the size of a flax seed) contain omegas 3 and 6 in an almost perfect 1:1 ratio and vitamin E.
The Mother of Vinegar helps with digestion as does the large amount of omega 7 in seabuckthorn, so take a few teaspoons of the vinegar daily or use it in your favourite (or our favourite) vinaigrette recipe.
Other simple uses: two parts oil and one part vinegar on greens or a Greek salad, marinate for vegetables or sprinkling on fish.
