nvigorate Seabuckthorn berries (frozen)

blueberries (frozen) |

medium bananas

3/4 cup |
spinach
|
1 cup |
grass fed plain or vanilla yogurt
|
1 cup or so |
water (to desired consistency)
|
optional |
if use plain yogurt add 1 Tbsp maple syrup to sweeten
