Morning Pick-me-up Smoothie

Recipe Provided by: Trish Scott, Calgary



INGREDIENTS:
Servings: 4 large glasses of delicious smoothie

1/2 cup   nvigorate Seabuckthorn berries (frozen)
1 cup   blueberries (frozen)
3   medium bananas
3/4 cup   spinach
1 cup   grass fed plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup or so   water (to desired consistency)
optional  if use plain yogurt add 1 Tbsp maple syrup to sweeten
