Basic, Nutrient-Rich, Whole Foods Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup   vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup   nvigorate seabuckthorn berries (frozen and rinsed)
1/2 tbsp.   hempseed
1/2 tbsp.   ground flaxseed
DIRECTIONS:
Mix. If too thick, add 1/4 cup milk or juice.
